These terms are a plain-language explanation of the rules for using MYLO. By creating an account or using the app, you're agreeing to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
MYLO lets you log personal records (PRs), share them with a video or synced data as proof, compete on leaderboards, join communities and groups, and connect with other users. Some data (like WHOOP or Strava activity) can sync automatically once you choose to connect those accounts.
A "Verified" badge means a post included proof — video, or data synced automatically from a connected service like WHOOP or Strava. It's a reasonable check, not a guarantee. MYLO doesn't independently confirm every claim, and self-reported or unverified numbers are shown as such. Community moderators and MYLO admins can remove verification from a post they believe is false.
If you connect WHOOP, Strava, or a similar service, you're also bound by that provider's own terms. MYLO isn't responsible for their accuracy, availability, or any changes they make to their own API or service. You can disconnect a linked account at any time, both from within MYLO and from the provider's own settings.
MYLO is a tool for tracking and sharing fitness activity — it is not medical advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for professional medical or fitness guidance. Talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition. You're responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits. MYLO isn't liable for injuries related to activities you log or attempt.
MYLO is provided "as is." We work to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the extent allowed by law, MYLO isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid MYLO in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MYLO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
